We use a third-party payment processor, CardConnect (a Fiserv company), to process all secure payments made on our website. When you make a purchase, your payment card information (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV) is collected and processed directly by CardConnect.
We do not store your full credit card numbers or raw payment data on our servers. Instead, CardConnect uses industry-standard tokenization and point-to-point encryption to secure your transaction. We only receive and retain the necessary billing information (such as your name, billing address, and an encrypted payment token) to manage your order, handle refunds, and maintain our records.

ACH and Bank Transfer Payments
For customers who choose to pay via ACH or direct bank transfer, we partner with third-party services Grailpay and Plaid to facilitate secure payments.
Account Connection (Plaid): We use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to securely connect your bank account to our platform. When you link your bank account, you are interacting directly with Plaid. We do not collect, view, or store your online banking credentials (usernames or passwords). Plaid shares your account routing number, account number, and necessary verification data with us and our payment processor to enable the transaction. By using this payment method, you acknowledge and agree that your personal and financial information will be treated in accordance with thePlaid Privacy Policy.
Payment Processing (Grailpay): The actual transfer of funds is processed by Grailpay. The verified bank account information provided by Plaid is securely transmitted to Grailpay to execute the ACH debit from your account.
